This consultant never understand or listen to a word you say,whatever he thinks is right for him suits all his clients. He talks down on you and makes you feels stupid. He never reasons nor apologise for his mistakes he's the worst agency I've ever delt with and the place is for ever dirty and untidy and they are running a business to give services to clients . To get good service you have to fight for it.
