What terrible service

I relocated to DBN as part of a career move, but what a disappointing service i got from max prop westville and their agent. When i viewed the apartment the property has bad carpets, but i was assured that these will be "professionally" cleaned. On arrival yesterday the state I found the carpets was anything but clean, my son (who is 11 months) has bad sinuses and has not stopped sneezing ever since we got here. I have been left with bad/inhumane carpets that neither the owner and agent would allow themselves or any of their family members to live here. No one deserves this after paying over 20 thousand for a deposit and i have been calling these guys to ensure that this was done right and my son who is 11 months has to live in this health hazard. How do I go to work and give my best while my family suffers in such horrid condition, these carpets have mould growing from the wardrobes.
