Trustees not attending, tenants and owners queries

<p>Am really disappointed on Max property trustees that is based in Rayner building, 41 aliwal street, Ms. Durgapersadh she does not attend or give reasonable time to meet the tenant, my tenant we suppose to move in on 1 November 2016 but didn't happen due to that she said she is writing exam and Max property does not pay her, so she will meet with my tenant at time that suits her. </p> <p>I tried to contact max property about it, Yosheen Mudly and G Donaldson did not help, </p> <p>Every where in durban owners have problem with Max property because of the trustees running the buildings, </p> <p> </p> <p>As per the act trustee are liable to have alternative trustees to act on their behalf is they can no perform they duties due to any inconvenience situation, </p> <p> </p> <p>I am very disappointed with Max property,how I wish not to work with them again </p> <p> </p>
