Terrible service

Terrible service, This company issued me an eviction letter without further discussing with me. There is a lady called Joshna who specializes on handling complains, she didn't even bother to discuss with me about what happened at Ipanima. Apparently she is friends with one of the trustees at Ipanima, the very same trustees at Ipanima act like hooligans, they complain about tenants watching soccer after 22:00 how crazy is that. The 2nd issue is that I've been waiting for my deposit, they just fail to give me feedback on when am I going to receive it. I did all that was required on my side just one week after I moved out. This company is just a messed they can't stick to timelines
