Pathetic Service & management from Maxprop Phoenix

We appointed Maxprop to manage the sale/ rental of our property. The managing Agent, MANOJ, failed to disclose to the Owner that the lease was being signed by a 3rd party on behalf of the tenants.... this deems the contract VOID... when we requested for clarity and recourse on the matter, Manoj and the Principal ignore our requests. <br> Over and above the non disclosure, the water and electricity bill has not been paid for 4 months. We requested for action and feedback from Manoj every month and MANOJ AND MIKE fail to resolve the matter. Manoj does not call back with any feedback. We have to continuously call him. We even went to the extent to conduct and audit of the payments for them and the email was not acknowledged but neither Mike nor Manoj... 4 months later and only now did Mike request for the proof pay payments from the tenant. the fact that Maxprop does not have these on record makes us question their ability to manage properties. <br> Their attitude toward our issues and the manner in which they handle conflict is shocking. Maxprop Phoenix specifically MANOJ & the Principal MIKE REDDY are extremely unprofessional. The customer service is appalling to say the least! <br>
