Never consider Max prop..it is a **** there is no transparency be careful!!!!

Maxprop is a ****,I bought a flat on 15January 2024,I was notified that I owe levies of the 1st of February on the 23rd of January..only to find out that the flat had special levies that was not shared when I bought the flat in total it is R2600 imagine for a person who stays in Morningside.I enquired about this but I was told that according to the act I need to pay this money..worse now they telling me I have to pay this amount in advance meaning my 1st payment should hv been done in January to pay in advance for February.to cut the story short Max prop should have indicated that the change of ownership should provide a proof that the new owner is aware of special levies..well they don't even care they busy sending Me letter of demand..my advise never consider Maxprop especially the one in Glenwood with their finance secretary from Pinetown..
