I would like to write this review regarding maxprop westville ,7 months ago i relocated from Johannesburg to durban in a hurry ,to find an apartment I walked into max prop westville were everything looked professional so I decided to view apartments after being shown a few I chose one and was told that all issues would be resolved , it's been 7 months and the carpets smell was never cleaned theres mould in the cupboards there is a whole list of broken items ,I now have 2 agents who bounce responsibility of each other but nothing gets done , after numerous emails and calls still no action and as off yesterday a cupboard door fell off onto my 2 year old ,I'm so fed up with this company and there lack of action in protecting there tenant from being subjected to sub standard and inhumane living conditions
