MAXPROP PROPERTY GROUP A NIGHTMARE

I am having the worst experience with MaxProp Property Group. I’ve been in communication with one of their agents for the longest time and it’s almost a year now with zero assistance. This is regarding my parking bay which has a leaking roof. You might all be aware that KZN has been flooded with serious damage to property. Well with me it’s my car. I’ve been in and out of workshops with mechanics working on it because when it’s raining, all the water floods my car and it literally stops working. This is a nightmare. What’s worse is that they haven’t so much as attempted to assist. The agent keeps telling me she will do a follow up and to date. Today I have made yet another payment to get my car in shape due to this week’s heavy rains. Beware of them!
