Maxprop Pinetown Rentals

Maxprop is in charge of the administration for our house that we're renting out. Reading the reviews about the company now, I wish I saw these before working with them. What a nightmare!! Our previous tenants stole 8 of our curtains when they were leaving. The inspector who was suppose to be present allowed them to take the curtains and ontop of that he gladly gave them back their deposit. I have been sending email after email to the inspector (Lance) and his manager (Devika), what a waste of my time!! The manager has been making promises for over a month but I have still not been assisted. This Lance inspector guy hired another ****mer like himself (Bulelani from Kuzokwenzeka Holding) who was supposed to do maintenance for the house. Bulelani charged us R4500 for absolute nonsense, all the jobs he repaired had to be redone by another person who I again had to pay for. I could write books about the poor service from this company and it is absolutely pathetic!! Thanks to Mala Murugan, Joey and Angela Sibeko, these are the only people who know what they are doing. Do not use Maxprop as your agents, don't!!
