MAXPROP LETTING

I will give a negative rating if possible. I was part of staff for 10 years and feel disgusted by the treatment I received from the Letting department on the administration of 2 of my properties. My tenant was paying her rent in advance of 22 days and Maxprop kept the money with them and never paid to me until the 5th of the next month. My bonds bounced because they failed to pay my rental income on time. I was given the excuse they have a problem with ABSA bank and their reference. This has been happening for the past 12 months I only realized this 2 months now. When I asked for my interest for the 22 days of the rent sitting in their account I was ignored.
