Incomplete repairs of snaglist

I have been disappointed by Maxprop. I moved in the beginning of August and we supp**** them with a long snag list of the apartment we leased from them. Only a couple of the things on the list were fixed and the rest pretty much ignored.<br> <br> I understand from the previous tenant that this was the norm and nothing was fixed.<br> <br> BATHROOM<br> Shower - Door and a broken panel.<br> <br> Only cold water running - no hot water<br> <br> Drain is blocked between bath and shower as the water from bath bubbles up in the shower<br> <br> Window does not open.<br> <br> Bath not stuck to wall need to be plastered<br> <br> Shower doors broken we cannot shower<br> <br> <br> Kitchen<br> Stove - 3 plates not working . 1 plate when switched on trips off the electricity<br> <br> Cupboards peeling and one slightly burnt<br> <br> Blinds<br> None of the Blinds Roll up.<br> <br> Windows<br> Most of the windows are stuck and cannot be opened.<br> <br> Kitchen windows don't open at all.<br> <br> Main Door<br> No Yale - looks like it was broken off<br> <br> Door - paint chipped off in some places (big patches)<br> <br> Lights<br> No bulbs in Bathroom<br> <br> Passage way lights connections don't work bought a new bulb but it does not work.<br> <br> In other areas only one bulb working.<br> <br> Garage<br> Stuf
