**** experience with your company thus far, I will never recommend yourl to anyone, You are doing me no favors, everyone is getting paid to perform duties and currently its not been done , over a year ago I app**** for a flat which the bond got approved, The bond only got registered at the deeds office two weeks ago, the reason for the time in-between is due to the seller, he had an issue with the rates with the municipality, which has been sorted out , Upon receiving the keys I discovered the Geyser is is not working and is leaking water, there was a bucket kept on the kitchen sink, which means the seller was already aware of the issue, I asked a very simple question to the estate agent and to CKMG attorneys which they cant answer till date, I asked who does accountability falls to have the Geyser fixed and they cant answer, I brought this to there attention on the 10/01/2024, till date with no joy, CKMG attorneys Advised i need to contact the estate agent, they stalling and have no sense of urgency in dealing with the matter at hand. currently we playing a game of cat and mouse
