Deposit Withheld without valid reason

I was renting a flat (London House) in Durban Managed by MaxProp. I moved out on the 31th of January 2016. I have been Trying to get information pertaining to the Refund of the Deposit Paid for the Flat I was renting. No one is able to give me any information. I have tried calling their Offices but still couldn't get any help or information.
