Abused by Maxprop

I app**** for a property and was looking into moving in end of November. They kept delaying me even when I informed them that I've given notice at my current place. I have been charged full amount amount R14995. Yesterday 02/12/2024 I did not have a place to stay I ended up paying R500 at Albany Hotel in Smith Street. I paid again R550 at my place for moving out late which was today 03/12/2024. I attempted to love in today but the light were off, there was no water tje building supervisor said the agent did not inform them of a move in. I still could not access the room I've paid 14995 for. Again today I had to book at Albany hotel and pay another 500, they don't even care even when you are crying. I've never felt so abused. I need justice
