Worst service at Maxis Odyssey

So on Saturday my partner and I wanted something light and we went to Maxis Odyssey, on arrival the waitresses didn't even acknowledge that we were there and finally when one of them did,we noted that we wanted wings as a takeaway and being there for the first time ever,the waitress just left us the menu and walked off without even explaining any options available to us or specials they might have. A few minutes later after browsing through the whole menu we ordered 6 wings which also took forever and the ironic part is when a white guy approached their door,the waitresses jumped like they were seeing Santa on a Christmas morning so I came to a conclusion that good service is only reserved for a certain group or class of people at this restaurant.I was highly disappointed to such an extent that I never want to experience such service again,the staff require intense service training or better yet new staff who know what providing service in the hospitality industry means.
