Terrible service

While on our way from Gauteng to PMB on 28/12/2015 we visited this restaurant at around 14h30. In short:<br> 1. The men's restroom was dirty (paper towels & tissues on the floor, flooded urinal, no toilet paper).<br> 2. The floor of the restaurant was not clean (paper s****s and straw packaging lying around).<br> 3. We had to fetch menus from the shelve ourselves.<br> 4. We had to call the waitress after waiting several minutes.<br> 5. No beef patties available so I changed to a chicken burger.<br> 6. No ice-cream available so no milkshakes or floats.<br> 7. No Coke available. We eventually settled for water although they did offer Fanta.<br> 8. The table next to us was dirty and was not cleaned during the time we spent there (?40 minutes).<br> <br> We are regular travelers on this route but we are definitely not going to stop at Maxis again.
