Quality of meal and crockery not up to standard

I am a regular customer to this specific Maxis and this was the first time I've been disappointed,<br> My order was a mixed grill. The steak was cooked the way I ordered, however was so tough, dry and tasteless, I had to order a sauce just to get it down. The blunt steak knife also did not help matters.
