Poor and inconsiderate Service

Hi I made a booking for my daughter's 16th Birthday Party at the Eco-Park branch. Volunteered to pay 50% deposit evnthough the manager did not request it and left my contact number. We were scheduled to reach venue between 8 and 8.30pm. Unfortunately the 10pin bowling took longer than expected. We only arrived at the venue with around 16 kids just after 8.30 only to find the restaurant closed and lights off. I send a query to Taste holding head office with no response and manager of centurion store refused to at the least refund the deposit. I will not be visiting any Taste holding restaurants in the future due to this poor experience.
