Maxis bad service twice

I usually go to Maxis, I have my car wash and then I go to Mixis for a breakfast while I wait for my car. But for twice I had a bad experience at Maxis. Will not go there again. One Saturday Morning my son ordered Milkshake after 5 min the waiter came back and told me that they had a problem with the machine, they can't make ice cream. I ordered hot chocolate instead. I ordered pancakes as soon as the drinks came, 20 min later the waiter came back, and said that they don't have pancakes in stock. The manager lady said that the kitchen staff, forgot the make pancakes for the day. I told her to leave it. I cant wait another 1hr . She will follow it up with the kitchen staff.<br> Second time I ordered my cappuccino and a omelet. I received my cappuccino, after waiting 1 Hr for my omelet, I went to the counter, asked for the bill. I Told her to take of the omelet of the bill. She called the Manager Lady again. The Manager told me that they forgot the omelet in microwave. But the will follow it up with the staff???? This is the service I got from them. <br>
