Horrible customer service. No respect for customers!

Maxis Mokopane used to be my favorite restaurant but I don't think anymore. After a lady called Portia ruined my lovely experience with maxis. I called in Monday 07H08 to ordered for delivery,07H40 still haven't received my order I called to make a follow up I was told that Portia is on her way( the same Portia that placed my order). 07H47 I called to do a follow up but nothing still up until I told them to cancel my order. Portia got to my work around 07H55 and I told her to go back as I was starting to Work at 8h00 and would not have enough time to eat. Worse part I ordered cappuccino with my food ,meaning I was gonna drink a cold cappuccino coz she took forever to deliver and she was only delivering across the street at FNB. The worst part Portia called me to ask why I cancelled then she had the nerve of telling me that Next time I order I must come collect they will never deliver for me. As if she was doing me a favor. She then hung up on me! It's so sad how we still treat each other in an inhuman manner. I always order and my food gets delivered around 07h30 all the time...and just today Portia says they were doing me a favor coz they start delivery at 8am. What a way to start my week and day.
