Horrible complaints handling

My fiance and I took a few friends to Maxi's to have a nice meal. I ordered a peanut butter milkshake and then got told after that its out of stock. no problem so I just ordered something else. Our one friend then wanted to order a 300g rump when he was told its also out of stock. So he ordered a Tbone medium rare insteak. My fiance ordered a gigantic grill steak medium. When the food arrived both steaks was well done.We requested to see a manager and Simon(the manager) came and gave us an excuse as to why its not how they wanted it. No apology or offering them a new one like they wanted it.Right after my fiance cut his ribs and half way through we noticed it was still raw.We called Simon again he didnt say a word just took the plate and left.We never knew if he was gonna bring it back or not so we just decided to leave.When we got infront he was standing there telling us he took R35 of the bill.We didnt go for discount we went because we were hungry, but we'll never make that mistake again.The first time Simon got there while we were talking to him he just kept palying with a rubber band.This is pathetic and atleast I took photos for proof as to how horrible it was.
