Food poisoning from toasted sandwiches

My family and I stopped at the Maxis the Ranch, and we ordered ham, cheese and tomato sandwiches. After eating them I got food poisoning and I believe that they used off ham on the sandwich. I will never go back! Surely they should know better than to serve off food to paying customers.
