Disgusting smell from butchery dustbins

<p>the Maxi Discount Kosher butchery in Sandringham dispose of their meat in normal dustbins behind their building. We have been living with this rotten smell for 5 years and i have had enough. I will ensure the health department knock on their door. They share dustbins with Mooz Brothers in Sandringham. And whatever they dispose of their smell like rotten meat. They are disgusting!!! I stay in the apartments behind them and this is just too much!!!!</p>
