Bad service from the manager

<p>My husband and I went to maxis mall of the north for breakfast, we are regulars there. We ordered the meal and it took 30 minutes. Thereof the chips were cold and didn't taste so good and the ormlet was not done properly. The waiter called the manager(Eunice) for us. She didn't even give us chance to explain to her.she just stared by giving us the attitude and defense without hearing the side of our story...I haven't seen the level of unprofessional. We didn't even get an apology from her. She was very rude.</p>
