Bad cold Food waited an hour for

I took my family to Maxis to Celebrate , What a bad experience . We waited an hour for our food , everything was cold only thing that was hot was the chips , the wraps is just sauce , cant eat properly .

Tasted awefull , Maxis used to be tops now its Worse ..
