**** - This company does not deliver nor refund

I ordered a fridge and stove from their website at a total cost of R9200 including delivery charges. The items never arrived. When I queried it I was referred to some unknown courier company who wanted me to pay an additional R3400 before they would deliver. I requested a refund from Maxiselectronics as they refuse to pay their courier.This refund was refused. They refuse to settle with their courier and refuse to refund me. I lodged a case of ***** with the police. I don't know if I will get my money back but stay well away from this company. I see quite a few other complaints online about people not receiving their goods.
