Don't deliver

Hi, two months ago I ordered and payed for xbox 360 online package deal, with that i wanted them to give me prices of two phones but i didnt ordered it, when they had to deliver the package of the xbox 360 couldn't be delivered coz of what they say it was a mistake of their dispatch, and it can not be released by them coz the two phones was also in the package, they demanded me to pay for the two phones as well, it wasnt my mistake at all as i payed for only one phone and agreed with them to send the other phone back to them, upon agreement still the package couldn't be released, told them to rather reverse their delivery and reimburse my R5685, as they cant deliver and i just need my money back from them, its more than 2 months and stopped sending them emails coz it looks like everything is a ****, can you please look into this matter please, thanks Nigaaj
