Taking peoples money

We contacted this above mentioned Business. Installed the Safety gates with poor workmanship. Last message was scheduled to come fix and make sure the job is done. on that day, person never pitch and with no communication regarding not pitching to do the work.

Waited 5 month then me as customer asked them again to sort out what was not done. The owner verbally agreed to put in new ones, and took out my old ones. Now almost a week after my old ones are taking out. I'm still waiting for the owner to install the new ones. After a booking was done for Saturday, once again no one pitched and no communication regarding not pitching. Whatsapps are sent with no responds (blocked on Whatsapp). NO communications skills, NO customer services. Then Rudolf emailed me and confirmed a new date, thinking ok give them last change. 4 September come an gone with no email no phone call. We have paid for service in Feb and no refund no product received. Do not recommend this company.
