Maximus Security Barriers.

Not impressed AT ALL! The 70% deposit was paid on the 10th Aug, Hennie Harmse informed me that the gates were ready on the 12th Aug and that they would install on the 16th Aug, well that day came and went, reason being he had a CCMA case, their emails were down, their phone lines were down, they had a COVID death in the office bla bla bla...he then promised me it would DEFINLTY be done on the 20th Aug, well that day came and went too...the reason was due to a delayed installation that their biggest client (Government)...I was then promised on the life of Candice (office person) that it would be installed on the 23rd Aug (today)...well today is almost over and still NOTHING...only more excuses from Hennie. The following day Im contacted by Rudolf Janse Van Vuuren (Operations Manager) with a long story of how Hennie had no authority to make dates/promises. He offered a full refund...BUT now I get ignored with no refund, no communication from Rudolf or the accounts department and Candice has blocked me on FB. Rudolf you said in your email COMMUNICATION is key...well start taking your own advise buddy! Update as of 30th Aug 2021.... Alumax Security has removed their FB page...Im STILL waiting for a refund...and communication is still non-existent with calls not being answered. And I have a suspicion that most of the positive reviews on FB are by family/friends and employees.
