Worst service yet

So disappointed with Maximum Security! Started calling office *** from 13th April 22...explaing that I need an Irp5. Left message with Karen... Even send my request via whatsapp... Promises made. Called again cell phone number 3 times every time a new person answer. I have to repeat my storie time and time again. First I was told HR is not at office, few times.... Then Stefan put me threw to her, that day she had rep**** to my email luckily. She said I have to speak to Jaco van Zyl... Same story all over. I always end up with Karen and she is forever taking messages and person I need to speak with is never available. The HR gave me his email address as she said he can assist with the Irp5. I called again yesterday and talked to Tarien... Want to know why I'm looking for Jaco... Promises she will let someone get back to me. next week Friday will be a month that I'm trying to get a piece of document an Irp5 as I need it.ery urgently. Sars said the company my husband worked for have to supply the Irp5. I cant even get to speak to the manager as everyone in that office who answers the phone wants to know e everything but actually knows nothing and if I could get a chance to speak to the manager I hopefully wish to believe he might assist me. Lawyer needs this document asap I really hope the manager or Jaco see this post and assist me sad to say that a response company is handling public like this! Can der Westhuizen ***
