Unfair treatment

I've been paying them yet their system is not working and they claim is working on their side while I have been not arming and disarming for the past 3 months and they debiting my bank account. when I call then for assistance they tell me they will send a technician to come and I must pay the technician yet I'm paying R600.00 monthly,I don't understand why I must pay the technician
