1) Maximum cancels services 2) Does not advise how to cancel services 3) Eventually email is supp**** (telephonically) - We cancel services provided 4) We confirm that services is cancelled (telephonically). Maximum advises they received cancellation email and all debit orders are cancelled. 5) They remove their receiver from our home. 6) Next day - Debit order amount is deducted from our account. 7) SO NO SERVICES BUT TAKING MONEY IS OK?????

QUITE SURE all calls were recorded for security purposes... So go and check Maximum.
