Poor Product and Service
If I could help it I would give Maxidoor Cape Town zeros stars. A few years ago i had fitted the top of range Maxidoor Gate with a 5 year guarantee. The gated rusted so badly in the first 6 months. I reported it and it was changed and was told there was a problem at the factory. The second gate is as bad as the first one and I’ve been given the runaround ever since. I was told there are new owners and they can’t carry the warranty from the previous owners. I have to change the gate now and lost R8000. Very poor product and service.

Great service!
Amazing service from Maxidor Cape Town who came the very next day to do maintenance repair work on a key security gate for me. Their products last exceptionally well and this was a repair done as a result of normal wear and tear from frequent use. Such a kind telephonist, instant quote received and technician prompt and very efficient. Very happy with their service!

Great service!
