No after sale service

We tried to introduce a new access control system in our packhouse in early 2013, up till this day this system has never been 100% functional. At an initial installation cost of +-R125,000 plus an annual licence fee of +-R7000 one would expect so much more. Given the nature of Maxi Control's business in the agricultural environment they show no understanding of the seasonal nature of agriculture. We have tried to convey the urgency of this matter to them on numerous occasions, to no avail. We have tried to follow the corporate structure from IT technicians to sales manager, even the MD, to resolve this issue. As yet we have not received a satisfactory reply to any of our requests.
