False advertising

Pc express had a promotion if you spend 100$ you get 10k points, 200$ and they give you 40k points, 300$ and you get 75k points. I spent 238$ and didn't receive my points and got a lame excuss that there system wasn't able to and that I have to call the 1-800 number and speak to someone. I have been getting nothing but the run around. I will stop shopping at these stores and give my 200$/week grocery money to IGA or Adonis. Thanks for playing with your customers.
