Poor Service at Maxhosa Mall of Africa
I was at Maxhosa at the Mall of Africa. I was looking for a two piece that I really loved. I am very disappointed at the service I received from Tsholo and Hloni. The whole team actually are classists. The way they were serving us and even looked at us whilst in the store was disgusting. You know when people look at you as if they don’t trust that you can buy something from their store? Yes that! When I asked for a different size on one of their pieces, Tsholo went to the back to “check”, but did not come back with feedback until I asked uba kanti le size ubeyoyijonga iphi??? I am really disgusted by such an attitude from black people in this day and age. They couldn’t even offer us something to drink, I even asked who do they offer these drinks to, they only offered with a **** smile after paying for the items. Laduma, you need to train your people, abantu awubathathi kancinci ngokubajonga ezibhatyini, noba ucinga ntoni na ngabo. You treat people the same whether you THINK they have money or not
