<p>You definately dont want to use this company to move your precious belongings. We had an awful experience with them. Initially exceptionally friendly and helpful, quick to email impressive photos of a huge truck (they dont own a single truck) and to provide testimonials (deceiptfully given by members of this dispicable family). Once I had paid the deposit everything changed. If I was able to contact them they (Karen and Gerhart) were irriated and abrupt. Karen upsold me to an expensive package including all boxes and packaging as well as packing (essential for our insurance, she said). Needless to say on the day of the move nothing and no one arrived. It was now month end, the new owners of our home were moving in, we had interum accommodation booked and I had placed my pets and my family in a terrible predicament.</p> <p>Gratefully, with the assistance of a friend we were able to reserve a last minute booking with A & B Removals who were absolutely amazing. They arrived and helped us pack as quickly as possible. In the end it was a rushed job and really not how one wants to handle the stress of a move. </p> <p>Maxed Removals and Brokers are a ***** company based in the Strand in the Western Cape. KPMG's forensic auditors confirmed that they open and close bank accounts and registercompanies continuously - ducking and diving and *****ing from innocent people. Not only did they plunge us into chaos they took our money and truly left us high and dry. Be careful who you trust, definately do not trust this company of ********s.</p>
