No service fro, an online trading company

I have received many adverti*****ts online for senior discounts from MxDeals. One of these was for masks which were, at the time, very hard to get here in SA. The masks were very expensive and included shipping in the price. They sent me tracking info which showed Singapore Post on the 7th of April. Since then, nothing and having sent emails to their consumer complaints dept, I originally got messages about delays in reply but since then nothing and no replies to my messages . I have asked for a refund but no reaction.
