This is a total ****!

They are a complete ****, sent a product that wasn't like the videos and images. The thing didn't even work out of the box. I spent $80 for a doorstop! Went through Paypal to get my money back because the seller felt it was fair to offer $8 back! The item was shipped from California. They wanted me to return it to Estonia using a traceable means, $24 later that's what I did. Paypal then denied my claim because the package is being held at customs in Estonia and they told me I didn't provide a valid tracking number even though I have received an email for every departure, arrival and update regarding its transit to the seller. I uploaded picture proof of sending it, the tracking info, etc. and they still denied it. Don't trust MaxClean and don't use Paypal, they don't care about the buyer!
