Don't trust Max Novelty

Ordered 3 x paint-by-numbers from them on 17 December 2018. Did not receive the order by end January 2019. Contacted them via email and was told that the package was returned to them. So after several emails and enquiries I received a tracking number...parcel on its way from SINGAPORE.. enquired about it again and was told to check with my local post office here in South Africa. Received my parcel in March..guess what..NOT ONE OF THE ITEMS ORDERED WAS SENT TO ME!!!!!! I received a santa clause painting...none of the flower paintings or the city street painting, but santa clause... Was TOLD, not consulted, via email that they would be refunding me for the 2 flower paintings, back into my paypal account. I wrote them that I did not want the money back but rather the paintings, as this was a gift for my mom!!!
