Very Bad Service

I bought a VW Golf 7 Gti Radio online on the 15th Of November 2021. I got in installed by a Company 2 days after i got it. After the fitment i saw that i can connect my phone and Logg into my accounts.

But.... I couldnt.. I tried Sorting it out on the watsup group that the have, they give me a number of a guy installing some equip for them. He tried assisting me, but could nit fix it at all. Yes on bought it on Payflex cause it cost like 8k.

Since 15 Nov in still waiting on feedback and today is the 22nd December. I even drove From Bloemfontein to Durban.. Both Tech Guys was out... Like sick or something..

Since they say i need to send all Videos to the watsup group, but like i said, they only send Promo's and not replying you at all.. I wantes to buy some more staff, but useless if the service is like that!
