Send incorrect parts and wont take responsibility

They sent me an incorrect boot spoiler with incorrect end-caps which makes it unuseable. I phoned to return it and they said it was a known issue yet they refuse to collect it from me saying I must pay for the return courier. They dont answer whatsapp and when I call they say they will call back, but never do.
