Pore after sales and support on defect

Purchased by Max Motorsport and Nudge bar for a Ford Ranger Next Genn 2023 after two emails and call couple of WhatsApp, reporting and supply picture of defect on their item where the welding was from pore manufacturing and when I was driving one of the piece falls from the nudge bar and almost damage the car behind me. Their exact response was (Good day sir, as per our policy we don't accept items that are fiitted and damaged. thank you)
