Poor service/ support

Very upset with max motorsport. Firstly did a purchase online for an item 2 days ago with no feedback emailed them to find out what is happening and no response then tried the whatsapp support line and the guy responded unprofessional and is not getting back to me on my purchase would not do business or recommend them at all to anyone!
