Poor service and Communication

i placed my order monday 09:52 phoned them on monday to follow up only respons i received was they wil let me know once its shipped today i phoned them again the order will be picked today 15:00 they let me know one item is out of stock and they are un-able to give me an ETA on it i then requested QTY available on the second unit no respons i hand to phone them 8 times before i even gotten someone to tell me the order department is on lunch an i need to phone back in 30 min and this was past 15:16
