Pathetic service

I contacted them on the 15th August 2024 regarding a few items for my vehicle and wanted to know if they had stock. They asked me to send a whatsapp which I did. I followed up a week later because I didn't get a response and they said I needed to send another whatsapp with the same info. Clearly they delete customer whatsapp messages without even responding. I called again today another week later to be told that they told me they didn't have stock. I clearly have a message from them saying they received a new shipment of goods and needed to work through it to see what they had and didn't have. Completely unprofessional and zero sense of customer service.
