Max motorsport pathetic service

Very upset with max motorsport. Firstly did a purchase for an item 2 days ago with no feedback called in to find out what is happening then get told item is out of stock how can you advertise for something that is out of stock secondly get told by one of the sales reps that the item that had been purchased will not work on my vehicle and was told that only a specific unit that they have will work which is much more expensive and then get told we have to wait 7 days for a refund ! Really unacceptable
