Extremely Disappointed with Max Motorsports Terrible Customer Service

Despite numerous attempts to contact your company via email and WhatsApp, I have not received any response whatsoever. It is incredulous that a company in the service industry would neglect its customers in such a manner. As a consumer, I expect prompt and efficient communication when seeking assistance, especially regarding changes to an order. Your failure to respond has left me feeling ignored and disrespected.

Furthermore, I have been attempting to obtain a refund or at least modify my order, but to no avail. Max Motorsports refusal to accommodate my request is not only disappointing but also reflects a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. It is essential for any reputable company to prioritize the needs and concerns of its customers. By denying me the opportunity to make changes or receive a refund, you have demonstrated a lack of integrity and professionalism.

To add insult to injury, the complete absence of feedback exacerbates the frustration I feel.
