2000 degree High heat black exhaust wrap

Ok so I bought BLACK heat wrap for my exhaust manifold and downpipe from MAX MOTORSPORT in umgeni road durban which changed colour to white in 2days I asked for a refund they refused, giving me a whole lot nonsense by telling me its because of heat and because I have a turbo , on their website and on the product does not say not for turbo and neither did a sales person there ask me what application im using it for or tell me its not for turbo application even so on their website it says to use for all engines and on the product it says it handles over 2000 degrees of heat , clearly this product is inferior, took me alota time and effort to fit it on and now it looks like **** . They have now changed the info on the product after I complained on max motorsport's online site I have screen shots of the info before I made a complaint.at the end of the day this product is meant to handle high heat and not discolour within 2days of use
