Unauthorized debit oder

Good morning all I app**** for a loan online and i received a call from Max Law offering a loan , during they told me calls were recorded, they asked for my banking details to deposit the and i was instructed to accept the debit oder mandatory of which i did, during the call I picked up that the call has nothing to do with a loan I confirmed with the agent who told me something different

I told him that no he missled me so i don't want any service from them, the only thing i was looking for was the loan may he please cancel everything he confirmed that he canceled it, he even transferred me to the supervisor who just hanged up after finding out that I wanna cancel everything

To my surprise thi month that they deducted R760 , I called them to reverse the money today around 11:00 but the agent told me that they can't reverse it kindly assist
